How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your PIN code and order size at checkout. Larger orders may qualify for reduced or free shipping.
What are your order hours?
We take orders from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), daily. Orders placed within this window are confirmed by our team shortly after.
Do I need to pay online?
No — you don't need to pay anything to place an order request. Our team will confirm your order and arrange payment with you directly.
How should I store my cookies, and how long do they last?
Store cookies in an airtight container. They stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature, or up to 30 days if refrigerated.
What if my order arrives damaged?
